Swan/Dolphin package?

I spent all day yesterday doing research on this... is it possible to book any type of package at Swan/Dolphin? I know they aren't owned by Disney, but I didn't know if there was still some way to do this. Are there payment options? We need to have the option to make payments as opposed to one lump sum... Is there ANY possible way to pay for the dining plan, we just enjoy having all of our food taken care of instead of having to worry about a budget during the trip... We always stay onsite, but DH and I are really interested in staying here, and after running some numbers we feel like this might actually be a possibility! I reached out to a travel agent and got very snippy and not at all helpful answers to these questions - time for some DIS help! Thanks in advance!

Your answer to all things is no.

• No Dining Plan. It is not available for Swan/Dolphin.
• No pay-gradually options such as making payments or gift cards. You COULD put it on a 0% credit card and pay it that way if you needed to.

That's kind of what I was thinking, but I wanted to be sure. Shucks. The cc is a good idea though!
