Does Swan/dolphin participate in free WDW luggage transfer?Thanks

Swan/Dolphin in the past has transferred luggage to WDW resorts free of charge (though a tip to bell services is probably in order).

If you are talking about the Magical Express transportation program where they take your luggage and you to/from the airport, the answer is no. Swan Dolphin is not part of that program.
