Swan/Dolphin Govt Rate Stupid Question

What exactly qualifies as a government employee? Federal, State, City? I am an employee for a State university. Just curious.

If you get paid by the state of WA, that makes you a state employee. You are eligible for that gov't discount.

I am a New York State clerk in Albany, and this December will be the 3rd time that I got this discount.

Be sure to bring proof with you. I brought my check stub, my gov't ID that clips on my shirt, and I had my health
card with me.

Yes, basically any type of gov't employee - our discussion the other night included librarians who are actually employed by the local city or county.
