Swan/Dolphin and 18 year teen ?

I know the WDW resorts charge extra for any child over 17 in a room with Mom & Dad.

If we stay at the S/D - does Starwood charge extra for a child age 18 in the same room with Mom & Dad ?

From the A/D website it says: "Rates shown are for single/double accommodations / additional adults - $25.00 per person, per night..... Up to 4 adults per room"


But it does not say what age is considered an adult (over 17 ? over 21 ?)

I think its 18 actually, but not for sure so double check.
