Swan Club Level rooms

Would someone please tell me what floors the club level rooms are on at the Swan and are there corner rooms to be had? Also, if I use SPG points to upgrade to club level then would there be no complinentary room upgrade with my SPG Gold? Thanks

Hi Ziggy,

1) The club floors on the Swan are on Levels 11 and Levels 12.

2) If you use points, you are guaranteed a room on the Club Level. There is a slight (very, very small) chance that you could get upgraded again to a Junior Suite on the Club Levels, but it is not a good chance at all. Because there are a lot of conventions, there is usually several Platinum SPG members who would take precedence over a Gold.

I am, unfortunately, not certain about the corner rooms.

I will be staying at the club level at the Swan for the first time and would appreciate any info.
Where is the laundry room? I hope it is close by.
How is the transportation, both boat and buses. I hear there is a walkway to Epcot, how is that?
I've stayed at the concierge level at the Poly the last couple of years. How does that compare to the Swan.

The upgrades they give out with the gold card are based on abailability, not guaranteed. You were right to use points for club level.

The points are "Starwood Points"....you can find some more about them at:

www.spg.com

You can get them a number of ways but the two easiest (IMO) are:

1) Stay at any Starwood hotel and get the points (Sheraton, Westin, W, Four Points)

2) Apply for a Starwood American Express card and get 1 point for each dollar spent.
