Hi Ladies!

I'm finally officially engaged! And planning on being a Swan bride in March 2015. Our plan right now is dinner at Il Mulino after the ceremony in a private room. But I'm wanting to have some back ups and maybe even other options that I haven't even thought of.

Can anyone tell me locations that would work for about 25 people whether it be a restaurant or a room that would use disney catering. We are on a budget and its looking like our current dinner plans would be around $2000 so I'd like to keep our other options in that range (or less). It needs to be on the nicer side as well, not casual.

Thank you!!!!

Hey!

Congrats!!!
I'm too a S&D bride looking for ideas, but I'm looking at brunch places!
Can't wait to see what is recommended! :)

It depends on whether you want a private room or not. We had our reception at Citrico's at the GF. It was perfect and I highly recommend it. As a Swan bride you would probably have difficulties using any of the locations or catering services used by DFTW if you wanted to stay in your bridal attire

I definitely would prefer a private room and really want to stay in my wedding dress.

Does Citrico's have a private room? Or is it only available to DFTW brides?

Citricos does have a private room. Maximum capacity is 12 and food and beverage minimum is $600.

Jiko at AKL has a private room - The Wine Room. Not sure of capacity or minimums though xx

The problem, of course, is if you book one of Disney's private Dining spaces, and make it obvious that your event is a wedding, you will be referred straight back to DFTW and have to comply with their price minimums and restrictions, which may make the whole thing very difficult xx

I see...they do make things difficult

I'm feeling confident that DF and I will love Il Mulino and go that route as it is our first choice and also very convenient location-wise. Staying positive!
