I redeemed my swagbucks for 2 $15 Itunes cards. This was around 11/7. Is it normal that they still haven't shipped? I verified them, and they list as verified but not shipped. I will contact them, but I wanted to see if this slow turnaround was the norm for them. Thanks.

I am not really sure... I have been"buying" $5 Amazon gift cards, they email me the gift card numbers, and it takes about a week.
