Hi,

Our WDW vacation is Nov. 11th-15th. Although we have visited WDW several times, we have never flown SWA or used the ME service. Our last trip was in 2004 and we checked in at MCO for our departure.

We will depart MCO on SWA @ 7:40 pm on Nov. 15. We are not using ME service. Will we still be able to have the WL check us in and print our boarding passes? Is this done automatically, and, if not, who do we contact?

It will only be my husband, myself and our 4 year old granddaughter on this trip. I just want everything to go as smoothly as possible.

Thanks!

I would check with the Wilderness Lodge if they have SWA check-in at Conciere. I know Coronado Springs Resorts have a SWA check-in at the Conciere desk and I am almost certain WL would too.

The only reason I know, is because I let a mom go ahead of me in line, because she was freaking out that the 24 hr. mark opened up, and she wanted to get checked in so they would get the A boarding.

If you purchase the EBCI add-on, Southwest will automatically check you in 36 hours before flight departure. Nobody at Wilderness Lodge has to do anything, but you can certainly ask the Lobby Concierge Cast Members to print your boarding passes within 24 hours of your flight - which is when the boarding passes become available - or you can print them at the airport. Most of this information and more is available on Southwest's Boarding School page :).
