SWA to close 3 reservation centers

I heard on the news today that SWA was planning on closing 3 reservation centers due to the decrease in call in reservations and increase of online bookings.....I find this interesting since I just got in the mail over the weekend that SWA will be doing away with the double reward points for flying and giving a point for online booking.

Also, they announced that they would be adding service to Philadelphia, the ONLY new service in 2004
