SWA ticket change question

I there, I have tickets but noticed the next flight is cheaper. Can I change reservations? (Wanna get away fares) how do I do it and if there would be a credit left over in the end, how long is it good for? Thanks!

Just give them a call and they will take care of it for you. If the flight is cheaper then they will issue each passenger a credit for the difference and you have one year to use it.

Just to add to the PP, you will have one year from the purchase date of the original fares for them to be used again. So, if you purchased the tickets on May 1, 2013 you need to have used the credit by May 1, 2014, and that means that you must have completed your travel using the credit by that date and not just booked your new travel by that date.

ETA: you can also change it yourself online by going to the 'Air' drop-down and then to 'Change Reservation'

My next biggest suggestion is to start a spreadsheet where you keep the confirmations #s, how much of a credit you have, and what the expiration date is for each credit. We've lost quite a bit in credits that got lost in the shuffle that we forgot about until it was too late.
