SWA has promo through MyCokeRewards

Hi all,

Maybe this has already been posted, but I see that mycokerewards.com is offering for 100 Coke points a $20 code that can be used on a roundtrip purchase at SWA (can't buy 2 codes and do 2 one-way flights). The dates of travel were 5/10-11/14 with various black-out dates. It can add up savings since you can purchase one for everybody in your family. It's not a huge discount, but it's something! I am not able to use this at the time being, but I have purchased these b4 for my family and it worked out well. I just went to mycokerewards.com and searched in the rewards for 'southwest airlines.'

I would love to get these but, my return date is one of the black out dates. With 6 people in the family that would have helped a lot. I don't suppose the black out dates are for the flight going to Orlando and not the return flight?

Thanks for sharing this. My dad is always offering his coke rewards points to me, but there's never been anything I wanted until now.

I got 2 promo codes - one for me and one for DS4. Because the discount "is not combinable with other Promotion Codes," I booked my flight with one promo code. When I went to book my son's with the second promo code, I got an error message that "Children under the age of five are not permitted to fly unaccompanied." When I called, the SW rep wasn't able to complete the transaction with the promo code, so I need to call Customer Relations on Monday. I hope it ultimately works out.

That's interesting that you couldn't use 2 codes in one reservation. Seems that when I did this about a year ago it let me use one per person on the reservation. I hope it gets straightened out for you. Good luck!

Update: It all worked out. The Customer Relations rep was able to complete DS4's reservation, used the coke rewards promo code and linked our reservations together.

I'm extra happy because the direct MDW-MCO flight went up $70 since Saturday night, and I avoided the price increase.

I'm really glad it worked out! It is nerve-wracking when those rates go up because you never know if they will go down. I'm glad you found a good price and had a coupon as well!

Just making sure I understand correctly I need a separate code for each person right so. 5 of us= 5 separate codes and reservations
( I already booked one way so I just need the return flight for everyone)

I just used 1 code for 3 people and it gave me $10 off each way for all 3 of us. So, $60 total discount is what I got for 1 code. Looks like you'll get the $10 off each way for however many you have in the same reservation. I'm not sure if there's a limit to the number of people though.

I have about a million Coke rewards in my account and I never use them. I've been stalking airfare for our November trip so I cashed in 100 Coke points to see how low it would get my fares. It is still higher than we are willing to pay so looks like our plan is still to drive in. You can rebook and use the coupon. I did this for 2 trips. However, make sure the prices aren't higher now than when you originally booked.
