SWA Has Caught On!!!

I had two separate credits on SWA from last year that, after reading these boards, I then rebooked a flight in January using both credits then cancelled it in order to have one confirmation number and what I thought would be one credit. My credit expired yesterday and so I was finally able to call today to get the extension and pay only one $50 fee. But, she told me that even though it's one confirmation number, there are TWO separate credits and I have to pay a fee for each credit.

did you buy a refundable ticket? I seem to remember when I did this last year, the lovely CS lady at SWA told me to buy a fully refundable ticket. Yikes, 2 extention fees hurts!!!!
