Effective January 28, 2011, unused travel funds may only be applied toward the purchase of future travel for the individual named on the ticket.
Because I have to know, we have tickets that we are going to cancel. But still my question is, if I use some of the credits but not all of them, how will I know who's name will be used first, last, where will the final unused credits go?
