SW Travel funds extention ????'s

I had 2 separate reservations that needed extentions. I called last week and was told that they would be issuing an email with vocher within 7 days. I did get my 1-confirmation # on Monday, but the 2nd one did not come yet. Should i call and find out about the 2nd one or has anyone had them get issued separately many days later.

I don't want to pay long distance again if i don't have too.

Did you have to give a reason why you wanted them extended, also did they charge you to extend them?

no they did not need a reason, you can actually tranferr them to anyone you wish. They will tell you that.
There is a $50 fee per ticket extension that they will deduct from the credit, so if you have $200 credit, they will issue you one for $150.

Still waiting for the 2nd credit...Has this happened to anyone that it takes so long
