SW ticketless travel funds entension?

Has anyone had any luck extending the date their ticketless travel funds expire lately. I have some that expire in August and we are not planning to travel until September so am hoping there is a way to use them. TIA

I have had some extended, but it was last year. You have to call the Customer Relations number 214-792-4223 Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT

I've gotten 6-month extensions for TTFs that expire next month. Extensions come in the form of vouchers, and they can be used just like TTFs (for yourself, family, friends, strangers,etc.). When you call SW, ask for the address for Customer Relations. You'll need to put your request in writing, giving them your name, address, phone #, RR# (if you have one), and the confirmation #(s) of the TTFs you wish extended. Let them know that neither you, nor anyone you know can use them before the expiration date.
I have never had a problem getting that 6 extra months, which is why I SWA!

I just had one as well extended earlier this week.

I tried to get a refund as I paid for ticket useing funds from before and some on CC well my CC charge would have covered the savings of the flight but he wouldn't budge on it. The thing that really stunk is it reverts back to your original date that would have been this Aug.

Call the 214 number and you should be fine.

Thanks for the answers and phone number - Do they extend them from the date you ask for the extension or from the original date they would expire?

Mine were from the original date.

I just called last week. MIne were set to expire in June. I told her we would not be flying again until November. She sent me Luv certificates for the amount, and said they woul dbe good until the end of December. They came in yesterdays mail. I love SW!

I just got mine extended - mine expired 9/9 and we are traveling 9/29 so i called the number listed above and the agent said he would have to convert them to vouchers - adding a month or so to the expiration and mail them to me. I received them about 4 days later in the mail - so now when they release flights for 9/29 I can just use them to book the flight - Very easy no extra cost - go for it.
