SW skycap @mco?

I read on another thread that the baggage checkin for sw was very crowded a few times so I was wondering if someone could tell me how I get to the sw skycap from where the sw baggage checkin is? do I take the elevator up then go outside? can I take those luggage carts that you can rent outside with me or do they have to stay inside? sory for the dumb questions, just want to be prepaired for the worst.

The curbside check in is right outside the doors from the interminal checkin. So, you just make a left and go out the doors. There will be skycaps there waiting for you.

If you are coming on DME, then you will need to take your luggage inside and go up the elevator and out the doors to the skycabs.

There are normally plenty of porters around with carts to assist (gratuity expected of course )

If you are stuck in a long line for Southwest at MCO, there are skycaps just outside the doors. As a matter of fact, anytime I've ever seen a really long line, there's been a SW ambassador encouraging people to go outside to the skycaps if they don't want to wait in line.
