SW rapid rewards question

I noticed on my itinerary that DD doesn't have a rapid rewards #. I tried to enter my own, but it won't take it. Does she need her own? Can I make one for her now? Thanks!

She needs her own and you can sign her up now. She can still get credit for the upcoming flight even though she didn't have a RR number when you purchased the tickets.

DD3 has her own number and even earned her first free flight. The only thing, when you cash in her free flight, you have to call to book it as they will not book a minor alone on the website. (but not sure at what age they will, just giving you the heads up)
