In my excitement to see the STL flights came down I booked my flight to MCO without going to My Acct first. I booked the flight back after I went to my acct. So now 'My Acct' only has the return flight on it. Can I somehow add the confirmation # for the flight down to 'My Acct' page. I can't see how.

Also, having not flown for 10 years, is the emails that SW sent that says receipt and itinerary with the conf #s my actually tickets. I just print these out and that's it??

Sorry if these are duncy questions. I appreciate the help all.

I can not help you with the question about adding your flight to your account, but as long as you booked with your rapid rewards it will be recorded in your acct once you take your trip.
The e-mail itineray is in fact your ticket, 24 hours before your flight time, use your confirmation number to check in one line to get your boarding pass. It really is very simple.

I just used the Travel Tools page to add a flight for my son. He had flown in June and I forgot to put his Rapid Rewards number on when I purchased the flight. When I checked his flight history and didn't see it, all I had to do was enter his confirmation code and it appeared right away. They sent me an e-mail confirming and giving him his rapid reward credit. Since he is in the College program he gets double credit. With the 4 credits they started him with, he needs to come home two more times and he'll have a RT award! Works well for my budget.:thumbsup2
