SW dining deal

We are getting free admission to SW because we are going to DC. Can we still buy themeal deal even though it's not a regular SW ticket?

I think anyone can buy the meal deal at the regular price - you can purchase it at any of the restaurants when you go through the line - you pay for the All Day Dining Deal and they give you a wrist band. Some tickets offer discounts on the dining deal and for those offers you would need a specific ticket. I think the regular price for an adult is $32.99.
