SW DINGS & Changing Times

I am trying to fly out of Orlando to Philadelphia on 9/29. Right now SW is showing a $49 fare, but you have to leave REALLY early in the morning
(other times are unavailable). If I were to book one of those earlier times and then either a sale or a Ding! came up for the later times would SW let me switch? I am confused about what their policy might be. What if I had paid $49 and it was a $59 Ding! Would they let me change and pay the difference? Thanks!

Yes. All you would have to do is cancel the early flight and book the new flight using travel credit from your previous reservation and/or apply the difference to your credit card.
