SW Ding Technical Question

Most of the time when I turn my compuer off, when I bring it back up again, my Ding symbol is gone from the "Start Toolbar". I try opening up the Ding icon, etc. but nothing seems to work. Eventually it comes back on, but I want to fix this so it doesn't do it anymore. I would hate to miss an important Ding. Any ideas?

Deinstall Ding from the programs and then re download it .

It gets some glitches every once in a while and needs to be redone.

my ding hasn't worked since sun I unistalled and reinstalled still says it can't connect to southwest.com
I called my internet cable can't help and norton anti virus they did everything and said it isn't a norton problem someone said to try this backdoor thing but I am not a computer person and I don't understand. why has it workred for all this time and not now any help

You need to uninstall it from the install uninstall function under your control panel, then you need to find the file (search function) and delete it, then you need to clear your cache and cookies, disable Norton for the install and reinstall it.
Sometimes a file in the ding program gets corrupted and unless you totally uninstall it, the corruption stays.

3rd time is a charm I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 time and it worked and I just got orl to phl oct 3 4;50 pm 49$$ saved 35.50 on each ticket thank goodness I was going crazy not being able to get a DING
