SW Ding Help

Okay so I downloaded this ding thing and now i dont know how to get it to work.

Its not working, it keeps popping up saying i need to register it nd put my airports in and it wont let me do any of that. Is there a phone number i can call?

On the Ding window where it asks you to register, do you see a help prompt? It is on the Ding winfow that I get. If not,I would imagine you could call the Southwest 800 number. Sorry, I didn't have that problem when I downloaded it. Good Luck!
