? SW DING communication error

I've been using the Ding for a long time now with no problems but this is the second time thid month I got this ( a communication error has occured) now what do I do?

last time I uninstalled Ding and reinstalled it.

Do I have to keep doing this?

I had this problem a few times.. I went to the bottom right of my screen and right-clicked on the small icon.. clicked on "connect now" and then it was all set.

This happens to us when our internet connection goes down. It will generally fix itself without us doing anything.
