So over and over and over again I've read posts about how people who changed SW reservations were able to have the credit balance put back on their credit cards. They'd post that all you have to do is call the toll customer service nmber.
And everytime, I've add my disgruntled post about how last year and this year I could not get SW customer service to put $$ back on my card (and I never used the credits last year, so lost them, and was in a position to likely lose this year's, too).
Well, after reading yet another post about how they successfully got cc credited, after our recent trip, I called again. And the nice cs told me, "No problem, you'll see your $340 credited back to your credit card in 7-10 days."
And it was!!! Just like that!!!
So now I'm a believer! Make the call and make another call if you must!
