SW credit extension

I know SW's policy about extending credits and the fee and whatnot, but I'm wondering if anyone has ever had luck getting them to waive the fee if you want to use them just within a couple days of when they expire? For example, the tickets expire 12/15, and you want to travel 12/17. I'd call and ask, but their customer service dept. isn't open on the weekends.

Have you tried calling? From my experience, SWA customer service is available 24 hours a day.
