SW chckin and time change

If you are leaving someplace at 4:30 (las vegas time) when is the checkng if you are checking in for the person from the East coast?

I will check in for our friends but don't know what time to do it at? they leave Las Veags @ 4:30 Tomorrow, so would I check them in at 7:30 Eastern time (today -our time)?

I would think it would be 24 hours before their scheduled flight time in Las Vegas. You'd need to determine the time conversion, I would think.

Las Vegas is on Pacific Time; three hours earlier than the east coast so 4:30 p.m. in Las Vegas would be 7:30 p.m. ET.
