SW cancellation question

Are all SW fares able to be cancelled? I bought tickets when they were offering the special for $35 per way out of Milwaukee..Now things have come up and I may need to cancel that reservation, or at least just my ticket--the reservation was for both myself and DD7..DD may still be going with my mother since my mother also has a reservation..Can someone help me with this? And how soon would I need to cancel? Thanks

Depending on type of fare booked you may be able to get a full refund to cc but if nothing else you can cancel flight and get tickeless travel funds that need to be used (flown) with a year from when you booked current ressie. I caution you though that if you and dtr are on same conf number her flight will be cancelled too unless there is someway for a customer service agent to cancel only yours.I'm not sure on how soon it needs cancelled but I'd say at least 32 hrs prior to take off.
The ticketless travel funds can be used by anyone you choose to use them for, so your mom or dtr could use them on a future flight.
