I am planning to fly SW to MCO in Feb. I am not real familar w/there practices but everything I've read says I have to print the boarding passes. We are going to DW for a week then the Disney Cruise. Any idea of how I can print the return boarding passes?

There is an Internet Cafe on the cruise line, you can access it for per minute fee. You do'nt need to print the passes, just check in.

Frankly I'd have a trusted friend or relative back home take care of it for me, if I recall the Internet cafe on DCL had limited hours.

I too will be flying Southwest soon (in about a week) and I don't know how I am going to check-in for a boarding pass the morning before we leave. Is it possible to do this at one of the theme parks or at your Disney hotel?

I printed ours out on the Wonder before we ate breakfast...catching flight later that evening.

The hotels concierge desk printed ours for us 24 hours prior (AT). They just logged on as "us" & we were assigned seats, etc.

We're using SW for return this Oct. Assume we'll be able to have concierge log in to get a/b or c designation - or have they changed procedure?

If you have an internet capable cell phone or PDA, Southwest has a site that will let you check in within 24 hours of your flight. It is mobile.southwest.com.

I have checked in on my BlackBerry several times. You will use the "reprint" feature on the kiosk at the airport to get your passes. I have got the "A" boarding group each time at 23.9 hours prior :thumbsup2 .

What is "the Wonder"? Sorry.
DCL Wonder (3 & 4 day cruises)
DCL Magic (7 & +):thumbsup2

You can use the internet cafe to log on to your airline & handle everything, just keep your passwords handy.

can't remember if they charge your onboard account or it's cc. I'm sure if you post on cruise thread, the "experts" will know.

Enjoy your cruise, we had a wonderful time, can't wait to go back 12/08:banana:

Which isn't going to work in the middle of the ocean...

Since we're checking bags at the airport, can the SWA agent reprint them for us at the counter? I may try to get a family member to check us in here at home because I don't want to have to interrupt my CC day to run back to the ship and check in! :goodvibes

Yes, you can do that.

You do not have to print them. Not sure where you heard that. You do need one to go through security, but, that can be done at the counter.
The other suggestions made here are excellent.

Note that if you are checking bags anyway, there is really no good reason to print them ahead of time. You've got to go to the counter/kiosk anyway. Having a trusted family memeber check you in is a great way to go.

Can I check in by phone at the hotel and then print out the boarding passes when I check my bags?

No phone check in, online or in person only.

Well, you could argue that checking in online using a web-enabled phone is checking in via phone, but that's splitting hairs ;)
