SW Boarding Passes Online At Resorts

FYI, I have printed boarding passes online for our last 2 trips home from Disney resorts, at the resorts, on their computers. Just ask at the desk if there are computers available for guest use. I did this at the Vero Beach resort last August and again last week at the Boardwalk (and I was staying at POR).

Even if there are no computers available for your use, the concierge or the desk staff can do it for you. (It's nice to tip if they do, of course.) It also does not matter if you have a printer available; you can check in without actually printing, and you will still get the same group letter when you print off your "duplicate" boarding pass on the airport kiosks.

Thank you for that info. I did notice that my online "tickets" say to print our boarding pass the same day. I was surprised since we have 7 on one ressie. Last time it didn't say that, because we all had to have sep ressies. Have they cahnged that now?

So, I can go on my computer at 12:01 and check in..but not tell it to print? Or do I tell it to print and just "print" it to a floopy..and then when we get to the airport in Orlando we go to a kiosk (southwest has these at Orlando?) and somehow sign in and print them off there? Can I print off our layover also at that time? Or since I have luggage to check in, can I just get our actual boarding pass there, and still get the letter we got the night before?

To use Online Checkin @ southwest.com and print your Boarding Pass, you must:

Check in beginning at 12:01 AM local time day of departure, up to one hour prior to departure

Have a single-passenger, Ticketless reservation

Be checking in for flights that have not already departed

Have purchased an Adult fare type (Customers holding reservations for group, senior, infant, youth, or military fares, and those requiring an additional seat must proceed to the airport for checkin)
