SW and return DME

Anyone have any info on whether the pilot at POP is going well with the return check-in for luggage on DME? Just curious...we're hoping it's going so well that they'll roll out to other resorts in the next few months.

SW is still being tested at POP. Tyler does a good job keeping this information current.

I don't think we'll ever hear status. Either a poster will tell us what resorts have added SW or a poster will tell us POP is no longer checking luggage for SW passengers. I suspect a lot of the issues is how MCO and SW can handle a large volume of bags hours in advance of the passengers flight OR how how efficiently can Disney/BAGS hold the bags at the resort and send them to MCO on a timely basis. We'll never know what is happening behind the scenes.

I don't want to sound rude but there really isn't any reason to bump this thread. I'm 100% certain a DIS will start a new thread when/if SW check in is added to additional resorts or when/if the service at POP is discontinued.

You want made up information? Assume a 30 day test and 7-14 days to evaluate the results.

In reference to the comments you made that followed: I had asked a genuine question and wondered if anyone had stayed at POP and had experienced SW with return DME...why you felt it necessary to slap my hand for bumping the thread as well as why you assumed that I, or anyone else, would want made up info is beyond me. In the future I'll try my best to not stupidly bump threads or ask dumb questions...in return, I would ask that you resist the urge to add unhelpful comments! Enjoy your evening!
