SW 24 hour check in and ME ?

2 questions:
1. We are flying back in with SouthWest and the 24 hour mark will be at 9:50am. We were planning on being in Epcot at that time. Is there somewhere we can go to check in and how early do we need to go there?

2. The next morning, with a 10am flight time, what time will our ME bus leave? And what time do we have to check in our bags? Can we check them the night before so we don't have to get up as early?

1. You can go to Guest Relations and check-in.

2. You will be picked up at around 7:00 am or three hours before your flight. The RAC desk opens at 5:00 am. You can only check your baggage 12 hours before your flight or less, so you must check it before 6:45 am, which is when you should be standing at the bus stop waiting for ME.

If you have a web enabled phone then you can check in using that from wherever you are in the park. You'll just pick up your boarding passes from the RAC desk when you check your bags, if they're not hanging from your doorknob in the morning.

If you don't have a web enabled phone then you'll go to Guest Relations as you've already been told by Missytara.

If it were me, I would just buy the EBCI option for everyone in the group for your departure flight. Worth the $10 pp to not have to worry about checking in at the 24 hr mark.

For a 10am flight, you will be picked up around 7ish...give or take 10 mins either way. You have to have your bags checked no less than 3 hrs before your flight....so you could get to the RAC counter by 6:15 and check your bags then. Be sure to be out at the DME bus stop at least 15 mins before the stated pickup time though. That means leaving enough time to check bags at RAC. BUT...at 6-6:15, it really isn't too busy. You may have a family before you in ine but not a long wait in any event.
You can't check the bags the day before. As noted already, the bags can't be checked more than 12 hrs in advance...and the RAC counter closes by 1 or 2pm....so, if you have a flight leaving at any time between 1am and 8am, you're going to be takng your bags with you, on the bus.

I do have a webenabled phone... but I'm in Canada and it doesn't work in the States. Rotten prepaid plan!

$40 is a lot of money to spend to avoid a trip to Guest Services. I'll think about it though...

Really wish JetBlue had reasonably priced/timed flights available for that day.
