Tokyo Dining in Epcot. It has a decent plate of negri, and a few different maki. It doesn't have a huge selection, but the quality is decent.
You can get grocery store style sushi (premade and preboxed) at a few take-away places (other places in the Japan pavilion, Sunshine Seasons, and Staring Rolls all come to mind), but I'm not sure why you'd want to. >.>
