sushi on DDP

For DDP restaurants that have sushi (Tokyo Dining, CA Grill, any others?), does anyone know if you can order sushi a la carte on DDP, or do you have to get one of the platters? And if you can order a la carte, how does it work?

Also, if you are on a plan that entitles you to an appetizer, can you get sushi as an appetizer? If so, how does that work?

At CA Grill, on the Deluxe Plan, we could get any sushi except for two larger platters (I think Snake in the Grass, and the Deluxe platter) as an appetizer. My husband got the tuna three ways and it was amazing!
