sushi not included at wp's?

Is it definite that sushi is not included in the dining plan at WP's? Need to know asap, because I will need to change and adr if this is true.

You can't get sushi for an appetizer but you can get it for you entree.

The official word from Disney dining is that the sushi bar is not included, however if there is sushi on the menu of the cafe, that is included.
