Sushi in Japan

Does anyone know how the dining plan works with sushi in Japan. I would like to have dinner there, and am curious about how the dining plan would work. Thanks everyone.

I don't know about the dining plan for the sushi bar, but I would suggest this place anyway. I ate here last time and the food was great.

I especially love lunch in the Lounge. It overlooks the plaza, where, invariably, the bus with all the Characters comes around at lunch time, to meet and greet.
