sushi at Poly Concierge

Have been reading about the Sushi offerings on Monday night. My 2 boys would never eat sushi. Are there any other offerings available? Is Monday night always Sushi night? How about Sunday and Tuesday? Thanks as always for everybody's great advice!

They will have a few other things out other than sushi but chef Dick makes some of the best sushi in WDW. There is always a kids section with sandwiches.
