Sushi at DLR?

There's a Benihana's off of Ball, I think.

But a good sushi place would probably be in Costa Mesa.

Is there anywhere within DLR/DD that serves sushi?

Answer is no, but there a few places away from the resort that do. We have been to kagura a few times but not recently. Family does not care for sushi except I.

I love love love sushi. We have a fairly good place a few blocks from my work and I eat there a few times a week if budget allows ;-)
Luckily my 7yo son likes enough stuff to want to go there (inari, tuna roll, crab puffs), but isn't adventurous by any means.

my family loves sushi so i will keep an eye on this thread for some ideas when we visit in June

We found a great sushi place across the street from a Disney Outlet Store.
Samurai Chicken & Sushi
1158 Harbor Boulevard
Fullerton CA 92832

I haven't heard of sushi is the parks either, but we recommend Samurai Sushi to our guest. They have very good food!:thumbsup2

Happy eating!

I'm not a HUGE sushi fan (but will try things when they come along!!) But my DS and DH LOVE LOVE LOVE Sushi. Good idea for a thread. I may have to take DH on a date night while there :)

Another vote for Samurai Sushi...
But as I remember, it is several miles away from DL isn't it?

If you're willing to make the 15 minute drive, the absolute best sushi anywhere is at Orange Roll and Sushi. We were looking for a new place after they closed our beloved Yambuki and couldn't be more happy that we trusted in Yelp. Try the Baja Crunch roll and end your meal with an Oreo tempura ice cream. Thank me later. :D

Not inside the parks, that I know of. But if you have a car, or, have money for a taxi, go to Benihana's - it's fantastic! Expensive, but, worth it in my opinion. They cook the food in front of you, and, for a family experience, it's pretty awesome. They have them in all major areas, never been to be the one in Anaheim but I've heard a lot of good stuff! The one in San Francisco is fantastic, and, my friend said it is basically the same thing.

The address is:

2100 East Ball Road, Anaheim, CA 92806

Very nice, I have asked this before with no answers. When they did they had to Google it. I find the signs in monster inc very intertaining.

My DD12 is very interested in stop type animation, we watch some on youtube. :) I wasn't sure of his first name so I did google to get that but I remembered the Harry Hausen connection from some Disney thing we watched. :)
