Sushi at California Grill on DDP

We are thinking about taking advantage of the free dining promo for our upcoming trip in January and I trying to decide if we should pay OOP for our dinner at CG or use 2 TS credits.

I really want to order the sushi. Is that an option on the DDP? Will it count as my entree?

This is the way they've been doing it:

You can order any sushi item as your entree on either the basic or deluxe dining plan.

You can order any sushi item as your appetizer on the deluxe dining plan EXCEPT the Snake in the Grass roll or Yoshi's Deluxe Platter; these two items can be ordered only as entrees.

I asked the same question? Its hard to find out if its really worth using the regular dining plan at CG. We are going for sushi and I cant see using 2 credits paying for just one roll, when we would have to purchase the rest OOP anyway. We are going reguardless cause too many ppl have highly recommended it! I'm just trying to figure out where to use our plan since we have more reservations than credits available. I always pay for breakfast buffets OOP but in this instance I may pay OOP here at CG??

At this point, I'm not sure I'll keep our ADR for CG. If we do, I'll pay oop because sushi and a dessert will not be enough food to justify using 2 TS credits.

I agree. I wouldn't use 2 TS for sushi and dessert. If you do end up going, pay OOP.
