Man, I HATE watching the challenges....it's torture. So HARD to move that dummy!

I was glad the way it turned out. I was hoping Helen would vote for Ghandia. IMO it was she who split that tribe in two. Maybe they can get their act together now. They were getting on my nerves so bad, I found myself rooting for the young tribe in the challenges! And I was liking the used car salesman (still can't get all the names straight) until he made the comment about the women gravitating toward their "usual work...cooking, cleaning..where's my laundry?" PUHLEEZE !!

The previews were tantalizing....weren't they? I wonder what that 60 seconds to choose business is all about......

Well, this was a depressing episode.

As much as I can't stand Clay and would have liked to have seen him booted out, I think I can kinda understand why Helen voted as she did. As long as Ted and Ghandia are both around, the tribe will never be a single unit again. It was a difficult decision for Helen to make but she did what she had to do.

And did you guys notice in her final speech that Ghandia basically admitted that she was just playing the game but her strategy backfired on her. Not her exact wording but that's how I interpreted what she said.

Working tomorrow and told hubby to set the VCR because I just gotta see and hear this interview of hers on The Early Show!

Yes, you reminded me about Brian. I was liking him too until that comment and I wish I had recorded show because I could have sworn he used the B-word rhyming with witches when he was talking about the women. Either that or he said wenches (sp?)! WHAT WAS UP WITH THAT!!!

Someone who recorded show, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, watch that point again and tell me what he said!

YAY!!! Ghandia's gone. I'm glad that she was nice about it at the end interview....she admitted that her plan backfired.

I think that the 60 second thing will be an offer to the "young team" for 1 of them to volunteer to move to "Chewy Gum" tribe.....
I think that Shii Ann might consider it.

Now I'd be mighty happy if that younger tribe could get rid of Robb. (vote him off...not send him to "Chewy Gum")

I have a feeling the 60 seconds is a few of them are going to get the opportunity to switch sides if they want.

Hey, did you catch the previews? Something devastating happens to Chuay Guam next week. Like they lose a tribe member to injury?

I'm glad Ghandia is gone. I hope this puts the tribe back together!

TV guide previews for next week say someone is stung by a sting ray during a group swim. Previews seem to indicate it's someone from Sook Jai. I'd love it to be Robb!!!

I haven't read thorough this entire thread....has anyone mentioned that Brian has appeared in porn films?

Something devastating happens to Chuay Guam next week.

It seemed to me that they were talking about losing something. The clip showed Clay looking out to sea, so I have a feeling they lose thier boat. Remember, Chewing Gum needs the boat to go get water.

Brian is the porn star guy??? I thought it was one of the guys from the other team but did not know which one.

In the previews, I thought I saw Brian in the surf and then suddenly disappear as if he was pulled under by a rip tide or a shark!!!

I don't really believe a shark was involved but I do believe I saw him vanish under the small waves. Smee, when you check your video tape tomorrow for what I thought I heard Brian say, could you please also check to see if he gets sucked under and disappears into The Twilight Zone.? Maybe I'm just having hallucinations tonight.....

Not a bad episode, but a little irritating, too. I like watching them work together and work on the challenges. I'm not that big into watching them complain about how lazy/bossy everyone else is.

I also got the impression Brian was joking around rather than serious. It seemed to me he was saying "this is how they're viewing the situation, so I'm going to make a joke out of it". I don't see him (thus far) as being quite as sexist as that comment sounded.

Now had it come from Clay....

I'm also glad to see Ghandia go. I agree she was the main one keeping tensions high.

And I agree that next week they're being given a choice to switch teams or participate in something that could cause them to switch teams or something like that.

I missed part of the preview for next week, but my guess was also that they lost their boat rather than a player. We'll see. The expressions on their faces was more "Oh *great*, what now???" rather than "Oh ****! I hope (s)he's okay!" The looks on the tribes' faces in Australia when whatsisname (Mike?) burnt his hand were much more horror-like than the looks on ChewingGum's faces.

And didn't they focus in on Shii Ann at some point for a little longer than the others when they were saying "You have 60 seconds to decide"? I think it was Shii Ann and Penny they focused on, anyway?

Next week's episode looks better than this week's was.

Tuli,if it is Robb I can't say I am upset.I really don't like him at all.
