Survivor All Star OFFICIAL THREAD!

I think they are being allowed to get away with it because they are not actually saying "Here's what we'll do so one of us can win the money and share it with the other". That's a big no-no.

Right now they are simply talking as if they are a couple, about to come into some money, and what they will do with it.

Weren't Rob and Amber talking about the money they both were winning? I thought that you couldn't conspire with another player to share the money when the game was over. Isn't that what Rob and Amber are doing? Planning on sharing the money?

I hope that the car winner jinx works its magic again!

They are just saying since they are a couple it wouldn't matter who won as long as it was one of them. I *do* think if Ambuh won, Rob would be upset because *he* would *like* to be in control of the money not her.

My money is on Amber winning this thing, unless Rupert pulls off an amzing final two immunity run and loyally takes Jenna with him to F2.

You know, after tonights episode Amber or Rob deserve to win. They had every opportunity to break up the whole Amber & Rob thing and they didn't .

Three or four times, now. Quote from ShiAnn....STUPID STUPID STUPID PEOPLE!

I think that the reason they didn't break them up is that each one would like to go up against either Rob or Amber because they know no one likes Romber. They are just hoping to get lucky with an immunity.

This was so irritating I could just scream

Why didn't Tom link up with Rupert and Jenna? Why? Why? Why? ESPECIALLY after Romber won the truck and were gone all evening---they totally could've made a pact right there to vote one of those two off! DUMB!

I loved that Tom turned around at the end and glared at Rob- well, at least editing made it look that way.

This is one disgusted jury we got going here....they all seem to h-a-t-e Rob! I truly hope there is a major turn of events or a big surprise on Sunday or this has been one boring season of Survivor! No real twists that had my jaw agape.

I don't blame Rupert and Jenna for what happened tonight. Those two were already talking about taking out Rob. Rob of course started the fight between Rupert and Tom but only Rupert realized what Rob was doing. Tom seemed totally clueless and I don't think that Tom would've gone along with Rupert and Jenna.

Now there are two pairs so how do Rob and Amber have an advantage? They have to convince Rupert or Jenna to go along with them or take a chance on drawing to stay in the game.

I only think Rob and Amber have an advantage because they seem to be a bit quicker on the draw both physically and mentally during the challenges. I think they have a slightly better chance at winning the challenges, and therefore winning immunity. Still hoping that by some miracle, Rupert wins it.

If the immunity challenge is a physical challenge that doesn't involve balance then I think Rupert has a good chance. He's also real good at Survivor trivia.

However if Rob wins immunity next, wouldn't Amber be under fire by the other two? I don't know...

Don't Jenna and Amber each have atleast one vote against them already. I was just thinking if it came to a tie don't they go with past votes? I can't remember if they each have one vote or more. I also can't believe Tom, did he not notice the Rob stabbed every other alliance in the back. I agree with ShiAnn "Stupid stupid people"

Deanna:confused:

At first I was surprised by the vote tonight but it makes sense since Jenna mentioned that she still believes she has an alliance with Rob and Amber...not Rupert. I think they are planning on voting Rupert off next since he is the only threat that Rob and Amber have for immunity. Jenna would then have to win immunity to get to the final two.
I wouldn't be surprised if Rupert was upset with Tom for not backing him up against Rob and so it was easy for Jenna to talk him into voting for Tom.
Yes both Amber and Jenna have votes against them, but so does Rupert. I don't remember Rob ever getting a vote. But then again, who knows if they'll do a "tie" the same way they have in the past.
I agree with the others that I hope the ending has some sort of twist since it's gotten harder and harder each week to watch this one! I'm still rooting for Rupert!! He's the only one left that deserves the money, in MHO, since he has given of himself 100%to all tribes he's belonged to. He's proven that he can indeed "survive" not just "conive!"

Oh Yzma and Kronk - I wish you didn't post that here. Even with your warning, I had to look (I have no self-control. I couldn't resist. I am weak! LOL ). While I heard rumors of the first part, the second part is a complete surprise to me and if it is true, I would rather have found out Sunday night. That is why we have the "other" Survivor thread for these things.....

:( :( :(

Well, I'm glad you posted THIS, Tuli, AND glad it was at the bottom of the page. I was scanning to see where I was and saw your post. I don't know what the rumor was, but I'm sorry you saw it. But you saved me. So thanks.

In fact, I'm bailing here and now. I'll be back Monday!

Okay how stupid are these people. Why on earth wouldn't you break Rob and Amber up. He will of course win immunity on Sunday so you know for sure they will be the final two. I hope a miracle happens because I really don't like Rob and don't want him to win. And I think Amber doesn't deserve to win if it weren't for Rob she wouldn't have made it this far.

I read the spoiler (I can't control myself) and part of it was actually in a people magazine, so I don't think it is too much of a spoiler, I think the surprise will be something different, IMO.

Regarding a tie vote for Sunday night, which I believe is very possible, the last time they had a tie vote they did not go by previous votes cast against a person. As I posted earlier last night, the last time there was a tie at tribal council, it was decided by rock picking. If I remember correctly, it was down to the final four. The tie was between Neleah and Kathy. There was a chance again for the four people to come to a different vote and vote one out. Vescepia had immunity. I think she had a pact with Kathy at the time and would not vote for her. Pascal would not switch his vote from Kathy to Neleah. So, the old bag of rocks was pulled out and all tribe members had to pull, except for Vescepia with her immunity. Pascal was the one who pulled the purple rock so even though he did not have a vote against him, he was booted out right then and there.

With the Rupert/Jenna and Rob/Amber alliances, I see a tie on Sunday night no matter who wins immunity and everyone will be at risk (excepting the necklace wearer). Unless, as someone else pointed out and I missed it on the show, Jenna feels her alliance is with Rob and Amber and excludes Rupert.

Immunity will be a BIG factor, as always, when it comes down to these final four and then final three.

I am still rooting for Rob.

I hope someone can post a transcript of Tom on the Early Show. There is a lot of hard feelings there. Here are a few things that stuck out to me.

What was Rob's appeal? He has so many against him that you want to go up with him in the final two.

Did Tom know that BR was instigating the fight? Tom knew they all were jockeying for position. I felt that he never really gave an answer. But if Rupert knew what was going on, why didn't he just say it in front of Rob or approach Tom later with the information.

Why did he pick BR for the reward challenge? Tom thought his son would win Rob over. Definately wouldn't pick Rupert because he had given him a cold tater in the previous reward challenge.

As for the look Tom gave BR at the end of TC, he said he wanted to give Rotten Rob an attitude adjustment.

Tom felt he had a knife sticking out of his back when they walked into TC. Said he looked at Lex and used his finger to give the sign of slitting his throat.

Did he misjudge BR? Well, when you make a pact with the devil.....

Where Tom is from, a man's word is his bond.

Asked about Rob's insult about his son. Ready to jump through the tv. Said BR has no respect.

Why not vote off the lazy ones? He stuck to his alliance.

Tom said that Sunday night was not going to be good.

And I could perfectly understand everything that Tom said.

My guess on the big surprise is more MONEY.

Last night two cars, next week maybe two million.

Laura

And I could perfectly understand everything that Tom said.

:rotfl:

I wouldn't bank on the previously posted spoiler. That sounds way out there for me. I believe the "surprise" will be...... (don't read more if you don't want to know, although it's predictable and not that surprising...)

I think the winner will get 2 million and the runner up will get more than 100,000. They gave away two cars last night. They've never done that. I think it's a prelude to giving the winner 2 mil and the runner up a million. JMO.:D

In the previous Survivors, aren't the last couple challenges more of an endurance thing? If that is the case, I think Rupert might stand a good chance. I know when it gets down to 3, that is normally the case. I just can't remember what happens when there are 4.

Tom also said they did not try to get rid of Rob because the jury members hate him so much, that going up against him is a guaranteed win. Of course, that does not explain why they kept Amber, and no one asked that this morning unfortunately.

I am so disappointed at the way this is playng out. A huge bore. I kept hoping there was a secret alliance we knew nothing about. I kept hoping these people had the smarts to do something. But alas Shi Ann was right...they are stupid stupid people.
