Survey Spot invitation

Did anyone else receive an invitation from survey spot to do a survey for a $20 Amazon gift certificate? In order to do this they wanted us to provide them with our credit card information as well as some other information from our computer. I deleted it without completely checking it out. Not worth $20. in my opinion. I never seem to get any paying surveys from them either.

I got that one and deleted it too. I think in the last 2 years I have only gotten 1 from them that paid.

like anyone would give them your cc info...not! Big red flag in my book.
