Survey Spot - Big Rip OFF

I am so frustrated. I took a survey for at least a half an hour only to be told that I didn't qualify for the survey. I have been frustrated by other companies before and stopped working with them. I wrote them a nasty letter and am awaiting their response. They said that you would be entered into a drawing or if you qualified you would receive a $10. payment. Well, please, at least a half an hour of my time and then they tell me that I didn't qualify? You should know within the first minute or two that you didn't qualify. That is totally unfair. I am sooooo aggravated. Anyone else been shafted by them?

Survey Spot is the WORST in my opinion. I got paid by them once more than a year ago, but never since. There is no way I would do one of their long surveys with no guaranteed inventive. Every time they send me one of their invites with "This survey should only take about 20-25 minutes to complete" I reply that they cannot expect something for nothing. 20 minutes is WAY too much time to give them for free.

All I can say is: What payments? What product tests?

If you go to the home page there is a paragraph about the rewards center. I have been doing SS for a long time, I cashed out for 10 bucks a while back. I haven't ever done any product trial for them, but I imagine they do some once in a while.

Hope that helps. BTW, I can't find anything now as to how much my reward level is right now. Maybe they only show it when you get to 10 dollars.

ETA, I think that SS is OK, the one I hate is GoZing, they do a lot of Greenfield stuff, and I have NEVER qualified. After about 10 of them, I don't bother. I do Greenfield, nut have never gotten anything for doing them. Pinecone is the only one that is steady.

I really like Synovate I haven't gotten any money but I did get a Lean Cuisine meal to try (very yummy) and most recently I got two bags of cat litter to try.

I'd love to be a pinecone member but I haven't seen an invite banner yet.

I also like Synovate. I have tested a number of products for them.

NFO MySurvey is also good because you get a stated number of points for EVERY survey, occasional product tests, and you can cash out for $10 when you reach 1,000 points. I've gotten at least $100 from them plus products, the surveys are quick and so is the payment.

I forgot about Harris Poll have gotten some great prizes from them like my loved crock pot. Points add up fairly quickly.

lightspeed panel is good too. gozing surveys is awful, never got one that i qualified for. survey spot is terrible. click iq used to be good, and erewards isnt bad either.

Almost forgot...I've had at least three product tests from Zoom Panel and I just joined them a few months ago. They do not waste your time either...if you don't match the demo, you find out very quickly.

I've gotten a couple of small checks from Survey Spot. Never won anything though, so I usually only do the "drawing" surveys if they are short and I have the time. I've dropped GoZing & Greenfield. I'm pretty happy with Harris Poll and My Survey although it seems to take me a while to get enough points to cash out. Viewpoint seems pretty good too. Took forever to earn enough to cash out the first time--now all of a sudden I have enough again! Hope it's a new trend for them. They paid really fast too, got my check in about a week. You do need to be referred by a current member in order to join though.

Anyway, that's my two cents on the subject!

We just had a couple of reviews done for My Survey on my website and people really seemed to like them (including me). I've had nothing but trouble with Greenfield. Every time I get through a survey to the end, it ends up freezing up before I get my money!! My mom has done a bunch of product tests for My Survey, but I have only had online things to do so far. I just joined Homescan and am interested to see how that one turns out.
