survey on DVC member site?

When I went to the member site today there was a pop up that asked if I wanted to participate in a survey. Is this something new or has it been around and I just happened to get it today? I answered the questions and said I would participate in future research if asked. Just curious about the whole thing and wondered if anyone else has done this.

I haven't gotten the pop-up either. I haven't been able to get on the site this morning. The site is "temporarily too busy." ???????
