The past few days I have been pricing rooms at WDW using the GP as well as the AP discount codes online. Whenever doing this just to obtain the price, GP seems to be good on weekends as well as Sun-Thurs. - The AP discount is NOT a Survey pops up as to WHY I didn't book. I guess WDW is really is trying to know why not. There are a number of choices as well as a place to write your reason.
 
If Disney is anything like other hotel companies that I've worked for, they are very interested in the reason for a "turndown." If you're just browsing or getting basic info, that's one thing . . . an excessive percentage of turndowns based on rate resistance is something else entirely.

And that has been my primary answer the dozen or so times the survey pops up - that I can't get the rate and availability that I want.

However, after the first dozen times you get the survey, it starts to get annoying, and there's no way to avoid it. You would think there would be a cookie that would tell them you've done the survey x number of times, and not to give it to you again for x period of time.
 
I did many of these look ups before our recent trip in Sept and never that popup. I did get the regular survey at times pop up but not the why not one. I get it with each different hotel or date range.

HINT HINT HINT DISNEY! :)
Just keep slamming them with 'popup emails' saying you are waiting for a deal!

I got it yesterday too. I told them it was too expensive. Maybe well some great rates for 09!
