I'm envious of all YOUS Jerseyans who will be at WDW during Jersey week!! Everyone, have a great trip!!

Yes, I heard about the base and the recent mayoral election. My DM and DB still live there along with a bunch of friends. Oh, and I forgot, my DH works in Bayonne.

PS -- I always called it Taylor Pork Roll ... and is Scrapple only a Phila thing???? Doesn't the name say it all ... but put some ketchup on it and yummy for breakfast!!

I never heard of Taylor Ham until I went to Rutgers and heard people calling pork roll "Taylor Ham", so I think it's a north Jersey thing.

Scrapple is definitely a Philly thing.

We were in WDW during Jersey week this year again. It was a bit more crowded than I remembered. Problem was WDW wasn't really prepared for it. CMs were all talking about it though. We were able to escape by the weekend to the Wonder for a cruise. Lottsa NJeans on the cruise

I surmise that Jersey Week may not be as heavily attended this year. Our governor and state legislature just picked our pockets (again) and our disposable income has been reduced (again). Colorado is beginning to look pretty good to me.
