Survey after talking to cast member

After my survey, I realized I was distracted and rated everything with a one (1) thinking that was the best rating. I had a really great experience working with the cast member and want to make sure I didn't inadvertently negatively impact the rating. How can I correct my survey response? It was about altering my stay. I have my confirmation number if that helps to identify my particular survey.
I don’t know the official answer - but I would call the number I originally called, ask to speak to a supervisor and explain my mistake & ask how I could correct it. I think you can also email a positive comment about a CM?
 
This is the fourth time I'm going to Disney I only deal with Olympia she is a wonderful happy cheery kind person who goes beyond her Call of Duty this girl really needs a raise...when anyone ask me who I go through I say the cheerful Olympia... she has helped me out with quite a few things she doesn't get upset with me and when I asked her to call me back she calls me back, sometimes I forgot but she does not..she's always happy to talk to me THANK YOU Olympia.. I will keep coming back to you..! I tried to do the survey after the call but both times it kicked me out......

I just got off the phone with Constantine and she was awesome! We had 7-day tickets we purchased in 2012 with no expiration and were trying to connect them to the My Disney Experience app. I was on the phone for probably 20 minutes and she helped me soooooo much! She found our tickets and did the complicated task of connecting the 8 year old tickets to our account. She was the sweetest! Thank you, Constantine!
 
If you tweet @WDWGuestService with #castcompliment they will track down the cast member and usually post a pic of the CM receiving a commendation. I don't know what the 'cash-value' is but the times we have praised a cast member the guest relations took it seriously.
 
Just had the worst reservation experience with WDW ever. The cast member was fine she did what she could. Our reservations have been canceled twice because Covid-19 and Disney not only did not honor our original special, they also refuse to honor our recovery special. Beyond frustrated! As some who has been going to WDW since the the 1980's this was the least magical experience I have ever had.

Disney isn't honoring any discounts, unless they are currently offered. We booked last August for this August with a bounce back offer. If we reschedule, we lose it. Been going to Disney since 1974 and have gone the last 7 years straight (this would be 8). Just realized, in those 7 years I've given S Disney over $42,000.

if we decide to cancel, I'm more than okay with not going.
