Surrey Bike Rentals

Are the surrey bike rentals available at any location currently? We are staying at BCV March 5-12 and looking to go to either Boardwalk, Caribbean Beach or Old Key West on one of our rest days.

Would we be allowed at Caribbean Beach (via Skyliner) without a dining reservation? Same question for Old Key West (via bus)?

Unsure.

They don't check for a reservation before you board the Skyliner or any buses.
