Surprising our 8 year old with a trip to Disney

We are going to be taking our 8 year old to WDW for the first time next May. Instead of telling her about the trip, we are going to surprise her on Christmas. All of her presents are going to be Disney themed. Her biggest present is going to be a giant Mickey doll holding a sign that says "You're going to Disney World". I have already started purchasing things.. so far I've got a Jr. Encyclopedia of all the Disney characters, Tinkerbell pajamas, and a cute Minnie Mouse shirt. Some other things I am planning on getting her are DVDs, coloring books, and other Disney items. She will be 9 at the time of the trip. Has anyone does this before? Or does anyone have suggestions of things I can get her?

My almost 8 yr old loves the Disney princess & HSM/Hannah Mon. Barbie type dolls. She also loves the polly pocket style sets they have for each of the princesses. You can also get her some pins and a lanyard to use for pin trading in the parks, an autograph book & tote/backpack to carry it in. What about a digital camera to take photos during the trip? An ipod full of disney themed music would be great for the plane or car ride as well.
