Great updates! I didn't quote you but here are some of my thoughts.
*I'm loving the fuzzy Disney math! It makes perfect sense to me. CS looks really pretty. Plus your room at CS will be a little bigger which will be nice when you have your DSIL staying with you.
* Your itinerary looks great. I have never been to the Trails End Buffet but I am interested in trying it someday.
*To me Chef Mickey's is a great place to spend the last few hours of a Disney vacation. Pure Disney fun!
*Great job Dan! She is going to love it all!

this is also another great point, thank you very much, with that being said, it is like disney is paying me to stay there.

I ate there when i was younger with my parents staying at FW and loved it, i just hope it is still good and we get there in time since we are arriving that day.

that is what i thought, i am not sure if i will keep the chef mickeys dinner a few days earlier, we will see what DW wants to do when she finds outall of the plans.

CSR is a very pretty hotel. We enjoyed our stay there in March very much.

that place looks really nice...i want to stay in one of those sometimes.

and it's only $109/night! we're going with my best friend, her hubby and their 4-year-old, so splitting it with them makes it REALLY cheap! plus we have plenty of room - 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. my DDE card lasts until may 2009, so it's not a big deal that we can't do the DDP this trip. and since we'll have a little one with us, EMH really isn't applicable, either. it just made sense to stay off site this time. the only drawback is no free parking, but that's not a biggie.

Wow...I have them on my list for next trip. It may not be onsite but it is much cheaper (I want to stay 10-14days) and this place would certainly allow it...and DH would enjoy the extra space.

Punkin:have to let us know how it was...are you going to do a ptr or tr for your dec trip?

that stinks that you get 2 trips so close together, even if you are staying off site.

Have you called Disney to see if a code is attached to your name (for the room rates)? I know the 2nd week of December was in one of the code time frames, but I'm not sure when it expired.

and how do those codes work, i have heard people talking about them, but i thought tha you get something in themail, you have to call disney and ask them if they have those codes?

Some recent presents...

Here are some of the presents that we got from my parents when they got home from there trip.
First we have a big giant throw blanket

Next up a new onsie for parker.

And some christmas decorations.

a block playing game for parker.

And the drawing kit that i did not get when i was there but really wanted.

Coming up shortly, i will have a post of the video where DW finds out that she got a trip to disney world...I will also post the letter that was written to her.

Some recent presents...

not sure, i got it from my parents, but i think i remeber it being about 20-30 maybe...there is another one that has all of the characters and shows how to draw them just there face, then there body...i think i am going to get that on when we go back.

i wanted this one though first because it has all the good pencils, and markers for drawing.

Okay, it happened, i revealed the announcment to Candi...I am going to add that she actually found out about a week ago, because she acidentally went on the DIS to look at the baby thread while parker was sleeping, and said she saw the link.

She did not click on it, so she did not know any of the details or what is planned, but at lunch that day she asked me, so how are things..

she had a grin from ear to ear...i said good, how are things with you...she says so anything good on the DIS lately. Yeah it is okay i say.

She smiles and says i went on there today.
I was mad at first, but then i told her it was okay, she started to cry thinking that she ruined everything and she was so upset that she did that and was so worried i would be mad, i told her are you kidding me, now i can actually talk to you about it, i was just suprised that i was able to keep it a secret this long...

You do know what this means though everyone dont you...

thats right, i get to try and do it again...next time, i will not tell anyone, not post it on the DIS, i will just tell Candi like the day of that we are going, that will get her.


So I still wanted to come up with a cleaver way to formally tell her that we are going to disney, so this is what i came up with.
First will post what i made and gave to her,

Now here is the video link of her reading it...as you can tell she is excited, but i am sure i would have gotten a scream and a cry out of it like when she found out..however when she did find out, she did have some happy tears she was very excited and can not wait to get back.

So if you want to watch it, here is the video of her reading it...i think the best part is that parker is laughing while she is reading it, like he is telling her haha mama, i was very sneaky. His expressions just crack me up to no end.





So i hope that you guys enjoyed it...I will have more later.

She still does not know any of the presents or things i got her for her birthday that go along with the trip so that is good.

ahh...parker is too cute. Looked like he was trying to say "Mama likes my gift...I knew thats what she would want!" You did a good job Parker! What a lucky little boy to get to go to WDW soo young. I am going to be a mean mama because my DS won't get to go until he is 3 nearly 3 1/2 and thats if he does not have any siblings before then. Unfortunately DH is not as Disney Obsessed as me...he can only take soo much crowds and doing the same thing more than once but I have told him we will go to WDW at least every 3-4 years with the kids...so maybe once we start taking the kids he will really love it (not that he didn't like it when we were there just the two of us because we did have a lot of fun)
