We were walking towards the entrance with the Tree of Life on our left. I think it was right past the pizza place.

Yes...it contained my last name. I didn't see it as an issue until I wrote my trip report. Because it had my last name in it they were willing to change it for security reasons...that is the only time they allow name changing. Good catch!
